Vendors are responsible for setting up and bringing tables, chairs and any sun awnings. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their areas and removing debris after the festival has ended. Only one vendor per organization will be allowed during the event. Booth size is one 10x10
You will receive a message a few days prior to the event to confirm you are still able to attend. Please notify lblequinerescue@gmail.com or call (775) 350-4822 at least 7 days prior to the event if you need to cancel.
